In an EMERGENCY:
If you are experiencing a crisis or a family member needs immediate help, please call (972) 437-9950. Our phone is answered 24 hour a day, 365 days a year, and an on-call professional is always available. This is the quickest way for you to get help. In an emergency, please use the phone, not email.

Jewish Family Service is available via telephone—(972) 437-9950—24 hours a day.

Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you need immediate help after our normal office hours, our answering service will take the call and notify our on-call clinician to contact you. Whether during the week, the middle of the night, or on a holiday weekend, a member of our professional staff is always available to help you.

There is a DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) bus stop on Arapaho Road right at our property. The Addison Transit Center is located on Arapaho Road less than one mile to our west. To get directions to our building via bus, go to www.DART.org.
